That's interesting info, do you have an example of it being used in the wild? I'm fine with that if it's the de-facto standard. It's just a term people will have to learn. But like you said, if it's not, we can probably do better.

I think the sashizu term is unobvious for Japanese speakers too, and the context is a bit different to iDeCo but for what it might be worth this is the sort of thing that I recalled about it:
