How to deal with a full message folder on this board?

I'm getting the message: "Folder is 100% full (50 out of 50 messages stored)" and apparently cannot read or send more until I delete some of them to make room.

How do I do that? --And I have browsed around some looking for how to do that, but it seems I can't find the answer...

Click the "mark" checkbox on the right hand side for the messages you want to delete.

Then, in the dropdown menu that says "Mark/unmark as important", click it and change it to "Delete marked" then click Go.

Alternatively, you can add a folder and move some messages there, if you don't want to delete them. This is left as an exercise for the reader.
