Has anyone here on the forum created a NPO?
Would they be willing to talk about their experience doing so and why they did? I believe Hokkaido Wilds had a blog post from 2019 about their experience, but I would be curious for anyone having done so post-pandemic (so 2023 or later).
Starting a NPO in Japan
Re: Starting a NPO in Japan
Hi! I havent started a NPO in Japan but I love to join one when i moved to Japan soon.
I did watch a NHK World episode of Where We Call Home where there is a NPO that hired Syrian evacuees.

Maybe you can reach to the NPO in the show for assistance as they have the English-speaking employees. There are other shows with NPOs that are covered, so there are other opportunities to reach out as well.
Good luck!
