Hello,
Does anyone know a good place, in Tokyo, that resizes work shirts and suits? It would also be great if they speak English.
Thank you.

This is very expensive to do in Japan, there is a lack of tailors in this country and the services charge a premium. It's actually a bit shocking compared to the rest of asia.
I suppose it's to be expected in a country where traditional garments are fairly lose fitting and sizing is fairly standardized.
Unless these are really quality suits, getting something new made from a tailor, instead of an expensive adjustment, might be preferable. I was quoted 4000 yen a few years back to adjust a single pair of pants at a department store kiosk.
This is the most well known chain: https://big-mama.co.jp/sp/shop/list.html
