Tax Advisor for Retired Expats
Tax Advisor for Retired Expats
I know I have seen some suggestions for Tax Advisors in the past. Could someone please repost or point me to those CPAs or Tax Advisors who can help me with tax related decisions?

For both Japanese and US income. English speaker is preferred but not mandatory.
Someone who understands about moving savings, social security, social security for kids, and the monies I can transfer without creating Japanese income.

It depends on how long you have been in Japan, and the source of the income.
See Pages 5 to 11
Savings you can move without tax - transferring savings is not in itself a taxable event, but if you have any taxable income, the money will first of all be assumed to come from taxable income.
Social Security is taxable in Japan as Public Pension after the Public Pension Deduction
See Page 22 - STEP3 Computation of miscellaneous income from public pensions, etc.
I don't know what you mean by 'social security for kids'.
