Pros and cons of house in USA

Hi,

I moved to Japan from USA 14 years. I still rent my house. I think now is the best time to sell with the market up and I'm getting close to retiring. The main con I can think of is that I will lose a physical location for the address.

Has there been anyone who sold their place and regretted it?

Tho probably not in all places, it's a good time to sell.

As for the address, it's been 14yrs and you still need that crutch?
