Hi everyone,

Has anyone had experience changing the bank account associated with a Rakuten credit card?

I'm trying to change it from my local bank to my new Rakuten bank account, but when I go through the online procedure on the Rakuten Card site, I get this message:
I tried it four times. Any ideas on what I can do next?

Does your name on Rakuten Card and Rakuten Bank match?

One is in all caps, but otherwise they seem to match.

Honestly, I don't know why I persist with Rakuten Bank. It was such a hassle to open an account, and there's no way to contact them. I probably shouldn't trust them with my money.
