Yes, I had this.
I sent them a letter showing them that I had fully paid. I also sent an email and then eventually called I think. Fixed now.
Aiming to retire at 60 and live for a while longer. 95% index funds (eMaxis Slim etc), 5% Japanese dividend stocks.

I have the same message - knowing the snail’s pace at which this government body moves I’m not really worried. I have moderate confidence the 2024 contribution I paid 9-months ago will at some point be updated correctly by the time I retire in 2055.

I think the message also says you don't need to do anything, doesn't it? They are still calculating, or something?
After about 6 months of no change in that message, I decided to nudge them a bit. Just in case.
