Health Insurance Address Change +
Re: Health Insurance Address Change +
Hopefully you can get everything worked out. It sounds like a nightmare. You will want the employer health insurance for sure because the company pays half of the fee, so it's much cheaper for the employee, but the actual insurance specification is the same as the national health policy (30% co-pay etc.) Also sometimes the insurance though the employer gets you a discounted physical exam etc. (by law the company has to provide you with a physical exam every year, whereas if you have national health, you might just get some coupons or something.

That was my experience in the past, but they didn't, even after I asked. They said it was OK, I didn't have to do anything. That sounded strange to me, so I went to the health section directly and asked. Then I started to get the runaround. Anyway, it seems that they will send me a change of address form. We'll see if it actually comes.

Thanks. My employer called again and apparently I will be sent a change of address form. I was told they will pay health if I become a regular employee after my probation period, so I hope they do it properly.Nancy wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12, 2024 4:48 pm Hopefully you can get everything worked out.
