Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to open my NISA Account with SBI Shinsei. I applied online and they sent me a paper application. I wanted some assistance with filling some fields. I’m sorry if this is a stupid question, but I’m struggling to find an answer!
There are two forms -
1. One where my name and address are pre-printed:
There is a field which asks for account number. What account number is this?
There are 3 boxes, followed by an ‘-’ and then 6 other boxes. My savings bank account number is 7 digits long.
Then, at the bottom, there are three boxes whose headings translate to “criminal proceeds law”, “number confirmation” and “address confirmation 1 and 2” - below each, there are 3 boxes to write digits. It doesn’t explicitly say ‘For Office Use’ here but I’m assuming it is?
2. In the other form, where I have to input my employer’s details - there is a field for account number again:
3 boxes, space, and the second set of boxes begins with a 0 and has 6 blank boxes to follow.
Both the forms are consistent but I don’t have a 6-digit bank account number anywhere.
Any idea what to do? Thank you so much!

Best thing would be to take photos of the sections you are having trouble with and post them here. You can use https://imgbb.com to post the images.

Any follow up on this? I have the same question. Did the OS work out what to do?
