Monex New NISA - When to apply

I have a current NISA account with Monex. Anyone have any information on how and when I should be setting up my tsumitate for my new NISA?

Monex is usually behind SBI and Rakuten, which have far more credit card tsumitate users, so they had to get their settings page setup quickly. I assume that Monex will need something released in early December for Monex card users.

Thanks. Their website has a new update. Apparently we can set things up on December 18th!
