Tax Declaration with Specific Account in Rakuten Securities

Post by tofusoba14 »

Hello,

I have a question about trading in specific account in Rakuten securities.
Basically if i sell any stock (with profit) bought with the specific account, it withholds my tax and deposits remaining amount in my securities account.
Thus I do not need to worry about tax in this case.

However, I am a company employee. So my tax is done by my company around October-November. So in this tax filing, i usually input insurance deductions (iDeco, housing loan etc) and dependent deductions. My question is, do i also have to declare in some section of this filing, details about specific account transactions ? or there is no need for it since tax for that was already withheld ?

Thanks in advance

No, there is no where in the Year End Nenmatsu Chosei Forms to enter such information.
It is not necessary.

If you needed to report such income it would have to be done in a Full Tax Return Kakutei Shinkoku, but in this case this is not necessary as the tax has been withheld at source.
