Crypto interest account

Has anyone got experience their crypto to an interest account with BlockFi or similar?
Is it a simple enough process?

I have also been debating to lend out crypto to get some additional interest. What has been holding me back so far is the additional hassle it will cause related to taxes. I'm also very interested to learn from others who are making some interest on top of their crypto.

I use nexo to store my crypto and they provide 4-5% interest.

What I do have grows so much and I'm already ridiculously overweighted on crypto that putting it at risk for a few percent more is the last of my worries.

Already looking at 1000%s of percent gains despite multiple selloffs. If I hadn't rebalanced early on, I'd be FI multiple times over. Whoops.
