Tradestation and Monex

Hello everyone,

After some posts and searches here about which broker to open an account with, I feel that Monex might be best option for me. From what I understood it allows using English Tradestation app, together with opened in Japan Monex account.
Would like to ask few questions about it, and thanks in advance to all kind people who will reply.

1. If written above is possible - how do I do it, technically?
Do I have to open 2 accounts - one with Monex, on their Japanese website, and one on English Tradesation website? If yes - can I do it together? Or there must be some sequence.
BTW Tradestation webpage says they have desktop, web-interface, ios and android apps available. Any of mentioned options will work? I have everything except ios.

2. I basically want to trade US stocks (such as AAPL, MSFT etc.) and Japan TSE traded bull/bear US ETFs, (such as 1655. There's small problem with this: I couldn't find any S&P500 short Japan-traded ETF. Do they exist, at all? If not - maybe will use eMonex slim, instead of 1655, and then bear US ETFs such as SH).
Will Tradestation allow all of these operations? Or it only will work with US based stocks, and will not work with anything from Japan/TSE?

3. I want to add both NISA and ideco to my Monex account. But still use English Tradesatation. Possible?
(Btw I know account opening is in Japanese but I will have the person to assist in writings and I can speak).

4. If I leave Japan. Can I transfer my assets to other, non-Japanese broker? Without having to sell them and transfer/grab cash.
Or what my possible options are?

If there are some disadvantages to this system, please mention them too. Like, one of topics I read here mentioned SBI/Rakuten are better for yen-base accounts, but I didn't get what it meant and can't find it now. My savings are in yen, and I will have to exchange them to USD for some of my trades which I'm ok with. But initial Monex account deposits will be in yen of course.

Thanks again everyone!
