What is the net Pension out of an annual gros of 1,860,000 ?

I'm still a number of years away from retirement, at the moment my online "nenkin.go.jp" account shows an estimated 1,860,000.-JPY from age 65.
(which is actually lower than at the same time last year with 12 less payment months ....)
Does anybody have practical experience of how much net will left out of this gros amount ?
What kind of deductions will there be and at which amount/percentage ?
I can think of 2 deductions, Health Insurance and Tax, but a practical, real life account would be helpfull.
Thanks !

Besides what you mention--health insurance and tax (nat'l & resident)--there's 介護保険, nursing insurance.
The answer for these depends on your passive income. Do (will) you have any, and if so, how much? I doubt anyone can give you any ballpark number here. Talk to a tax accountant, provide a couple income estimates/scenarios, and they could probably tell you. I think taxes will vary the most (perhaps taking the biggest bite), then health insurance, and then the nursing coverage (which I think maxes out at about ¥10k/month).
Your post-retirement income (and the income of your spouse, if it's enough) can affect some of your medical reimbursements. Above/below certain thresholds, your co-pay will also vary. (which, if you end up paying more, is as it should be, in my opinion)

I thought that there are certain fix percentage stages for gros amount ranges applied and that someone in this forum with practical experience in a similar scenario may give a ballpark number.
Worst case, there will be no other income. I was wondering for that situation what the actual net amount left would be.
Spouse has no income, nor did she have any during the last 25 years due to mental sickness.
Thanks for the update on the Nursing insurance though !

Without other incomes then 211万 is the threshold to avoid income and residential tax.

If Japanese, I suspect as a dependent your spouse will be entitled to the full base state pension of 78万 which is also under the tax limits.
Health insurance and nursing care contribution will vary slightly depending where you live. Budget a combined amount of around 12万 per year for the two of you.

The second example is pretty close to your situation.
Whilst you may be under the threshold for income and residential tax you will still have a declared income portion for the purpose of the health insurance contribution calculation.
So you could expect 186万 (you)+ 78万(Dependent’s base pension) = 264万 -12万 = 252万.
