iDeCo and dividends
Forgive me if this is a daft question. I've just opened an iDeCo with SBI, one for me and one for my wife. I've allocated our monthly payments over the exact Japanese/foreign stock/bond indexes you highlight on p28 of your eBook (as they have the lowest prices). My question is, for the stock parts of my allocation, will I receive dividends? Or are all dividends reinvested in the fund? Or have I completely lost the plot?

No plots have been lost
As far as I know, no distributions are made in iDeCo accounts, so the mutual funds offered don't pay dividends (I'm assuming they reinvest them).
