Best USD MMF options on SBI and Rakuten Shoken

Hello All,

I am planning to sell a relatively small portion of my USD ETFs and hoping to keep the resultant liquid USD in MMF options.
Could you please advice which is the best option for MMF in the SBI Shoken and Rakuten Shoken platforms. Normally when looking at etf I try to use lowest expense ratio as the deciding factor but was not able to decipher if there are any trade offs in MMF categories. Yield vs expense ratios.
