I have an SMBC (not Prestia) account and find it incredibly bothering to view the account statements on the cell phone.
I tried to navigate the menu to somehow figure out how to have pdfs of account statements sent to my email address. Either google translating screenshots failed me or there is no such option.

Has anyone figured out how to do this for credit and debit card?

as you mention several terms, I am not sure what you are actually looking for?
a) account statements (not card related) should be accessible over the web interface. I use SMBC Olive and think it was easy getting what I needed via the website.
b) credit card statements in case of visa could be obtained from www.smbc-card.com following setup.
c) same as b) applies for debit cards.
If you haven't yet, highly recommend SMBC Olive account & (debit/credit) card. great look and feel and reasonable fee with the 3 free transfers per month.
