Making sense of mutual fund prices.

So I decided to start tracking my investments in a spreadsheet.
But when transferring the numbers over I noticed the math for my purchases was off by a factor of 10,000.
e.g. buying ¥100,000 of eMAXIS Slim 全世界株式 gave me 37,766 shares (口), and the unit price (準価) was ¥26,479.
Multiplying the number of shares by the unit price returns ~¥1billion(!)

A bit of searching around the tooltips on the Rakuten Securities site got me this definition for "Standard Price" (基準価額):
基準価額とは
ファンドの値段です。多くのファンドは1万口当たりの金額で表されます。
※口(くち)とは、ファンドの取引単位です。
That would appear to account for the discrepancy.
I just want to make sure I'm understanding it and correcting the right figure.
This means that the unit price is actually the price for 10,000 shares?
So the actual price of a single share in the example above is ¥2.6479?

Is my understanding correct?

Yes. But it doesn't matter.

The only thing that matters in the long run is the value of the investments you have in the account.

Buying price, price you could have bought at if you had waited 2 days, price of that fund compared to TESLA etc etc is all just noise.
Invest regularly, as much as you comfortably can, and enjoy the growth of the market when you need that money (for retirement or buying a house or whatever).

Thanks!
And I know, but my OCD means I wanted my accounting / records to be correct. :)
