Does anyone know a good place, in Tokyo, that resizes work shirts and suits? It would also be great if they speak English.

This is very expensive to do in Japan, there is a lack of tailors in this country and the services charge a premium. It's actually a bit shocking compared to the rest of asia.
I suppose it's to be expected in a country where traditional garments are fairly lose fitting and sizing is fairly standardized.
Unless these are really quality suits, getting something new made from a tailor, instead of an expensive adjustment, might be preferable. I was quoted 4000 yen a few years back to adjust a single pair of pants at a department store kiosk.
