Has anyone used https://convera.com/industries/pensions/ (ex-Western Union Business Solutions, I think) to receive a UK private pension in Japan?
I asked my provider (I worked for a UK company in UK a long time ago) what the options were for someone without a UK bank account and they mentioned convera.
Here's Transport for London's pension page (I didn't work for them.)

Can they remit the funds to WISE? Or Revolut?

No, not based on recent correspondence. Like the TfL example I listed, my ex-employer use Convera for expats without a UK bank account.
I will check about Wise or Revolut. Thx.

You may be able to use a Wise virtual UK bank account (they give you a branch number and sort code linked to your Wise account) for people to make domestic UK transfers to.
