Do a search through kakaku and pick a cheap one. Get term life.

Those ほけんの窓口 and 保険市場 places you see around town are not affiliated with any particular insurance company, and can help you pick the policy that best suits your needs.

Just be aware that those life insurance agencies earn some commission from the life insurance companies for selling you something. If you want to buy it, that’s fine of course.
