Question about registered name on account

I am in the process of signing up for a Monex account to do NISA and normal stock investing.

Of course, being a foreigner, they are having trouble putting my name into the system.

My name on all ID and my bank account is LAST FIRST MIDDLE. Monex seems ok with that for the ID confirmation. But they are having trouble putting my name into the system in katakana. They can't put a space in the first name spot so the options are:

(姓) ラスト ファースト (名) ミドル

OR

Does anyone have an idea which option would be better?

Well the second one correctly separates your surname and given names, so I suspect that may be better.

My advice is to pick the one that matches how it is in your bank book or you're going to have a bad time depositing funds.

I have had the same problem on a number of financial accounts and they usually either come down to:

(姓) ラスト (名) ファーストミドル

or

Agree.

Go with the bank book format.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I told them to do

It seems like the best option but I'll only find out when I try to do a transfer back to my bank account in the far future
