Initial iDeCo setup fees?

After managing to get my iDeCo online application sorted with Monex, with first deposit being taken on April 6th, I can now finally see values against funds in my JIS&T portal. However, not for the values I expected.

When setting it up I chose five funds, each for an equal 20% split, i.e. 13,400yen each, to total 67,000yen per month.

And this is reflected on my JIS&T screen .

However only 12,813 yen has seemingly been invested in each fund as again shown on this JIS&T screen.

Why the discrepancy?

initial set up fee (one off) is 2,829 yen. Plus monthly fee. Monthly fee is 140 yen or so for most low cost providers.
