Just started, problem with accounting balance

Hi guys,
I just received my ID and PW for my iDeco on SBI (yeeeaahh!!! took 3-4 months), but I'm already lost.
I've been debited 46000 by my bank but I see only 23000 on the table below.
Is it me not reading it well? It seems to be a sub category so I think it only 23000, but is it actually 23000 + 23000?

I'm trying to look to a payment history in the SBI platform but I don't manage to find it.
I would like to be sure about it before doing the repartition.
Can anyone help me please?

So ideco payment takes ages to appear.
I may be out by 1~2 days but essentially money goea feom my account on 26th or 27th, shows up in ideco as cash around the 9th 10th and gets turned into your chosen products / securites around the 15th
It's mindboggling how long it takes, but i'm assured it's a feature, not a bug

Oh OK! So basically even though they took me 2 months at one time in a 46000 JPY bank transfer, they have only put 1 month value (I suppose August) on my account?
And I will get september 23000 yens on the the 9th-10th?

Hmmm, my above scenario refers to monthly payments, if two month at the same time then not sure

Hi Kiyora,
Actually SBI provides an pretty decent English version of the page if you feel more comfortable with it.
On top of the page, right side, you can choose between Japanese or English.
If you try the English version, there are a few options on the horizontal top tab menu:
- Home (default tab)
- Your Assets
- Products Information
- Contribution Allocation
- Rollover/Conversion Assets Allocation
- Switching (Trade)
- How to Use
Click on the second tab (Your Assets) and scroll down to the section "Changes in your Contributions and Assets".
Then you will see a graphic with all your contributions over the years, and there's also a table summarizing it by year. Every table record (belonging to a different year) will have a link stating "Details of Contributions". If you click there you will have access to that history that you are searching for (I hope).
For me also took 2 months to get access after I applied and sent all the required information. I recalled I applied around December 15th 2017 and got the access around February 15th 2018, but then I got debited 46.000 yens, same case as you. After digging it for a while I saw that those 2 x 23.000 yens where related to 12/2017 and 01/2018!! It seems that they were taking the money for December 2017 and January 2018. Maybe there are some kind of retroactive contributions, and they are taking them since the moment that you applied instead since the moment that you get the access. But as they cannot invest the money before you get the access, the date of contribution was changed to "2018/03/14" in my case, which was the day that they were buying the funds using the 46.000 yens.
I do not know if I have explained myself clearly, but there are my two cents about the topic. Hope it helps!

Actually I don't have any button to change the language up there, just the two A to change the size of the font.
From what URL are you login in?

I tried to go to Your Assets (well, the equivalent in Japanese) but the table is all at 0 and I don't have any graph or else, or the Details of contribution like you...
I'll wait a few more days to see if the remaining 23000 become available as you said without being taken by the bank again!

Oh I found the English button!
We actually have to click on it before validating the ID and PW, after that it doesn't show up anymore ahah!
Still nothing in Your Assets though, I'll wait a little more they say that the next contribution is on 10/15, I'll see what happens on my bank account.

Hi everyone!
Just to give an update in case someone has the same problem as me someday:
Basically I had to wait October 16th to really have the money on my balance! I wasn't debited again at that time.
I did my repartition 2 weeks ago, but the money still came as "cash" on the account.
This morning my JP mutual funds part appeared but I'm still waiting for the overseas part.
I feel like it's a matter of days though!
