Are you guys familiar with クレカ積立?
Im kinda confused if this only applies to NISA and if its can only be created to one company. For example: I have NISA in SBI. Im wondering if I can still set クレカ積立 in Rakuten.

It just means tsumitate with a credit card.
To answer your questions:
1. It doesn't need to be NISA but its probably a good idea to use it there
2. All 3 of the popular low cost brokers have their own version of this and you can have all 3 (obviously only 1 for NISA).
Bonus1: Each broker has a card you need to use (Rakuten Card for Rakuten, SMBC card for SBI, Monex card for Monex)
Bonus2: You can only tsumitate 50k a month through credit card (Rakuten can do 100k with Rakuten cash)

I do this with Rakuten and also with Monex.
Automatic, set and forget.
It is a great way to invest as long as you choose something sensible and low-cost.

You can only have one NISA with one company in any one year. You can change NISA Providers from one year to the next.
You can do クレカ積立 to a regular taxable Investment Account or a Tokutei (Taxable by Withholding at Source) Account, with the same or a different provider if you want, but not a second NISA.
