For all Rakuten Shoken users, the 'new NISA' has a completely new interface from today.
Looks quite nice. Simple dashboard.

One thing I noticed was that my existing regular fund purchase orders (something like 積立 but done in the old "general NISA") are scheduled to purchase into the 成長投資枠 in the new NISA, rather than into the つみたて投資枠 where I'd prefer them to be. This is not the case for my wife's NISA which was previosly 積立 under the old system. It may be something to watch out for if you are moving from an old "general type" NISA to the new NISA like me (not my wife). I guess it's because some of the funds I was buying previously are no longer available in つみたて投資枠 starting this year. Anyway, I still had to go through and individually change the orders for all the funds that are still eligible this month. I decided to do that.
