What is the emaxis slim series funds equivalent in Canada for an RRSP?

Reading another similar thread has made me think about changing my current RRSP to a better performing mutual fund with cheaper management fees. Current institutions charging 2% management fees. One does have a S&P 500 index for 1.5% fee but what I've been reading I should be able to find index funds with much cheaper fees.
Have seen that online brokers like Questrade or Wealthsimple have low fee index funds but I can't use them because I don't live in Canada.
My Question:
Can someone help me find a Financial institution in Canada that I can change my RRSP funds to, that offer a equivalent emaxis slim all country fund like here in Japan with similar low management fees?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Questtrade allows non-resident accounts. One of the few major brokers that does.
Due to Canadian laws on dividend taxes, the best choices often have a stronger home-country bias. Do not buy American etfs.

Thanks for this, I will look at Questtrade again. And thanks about the heads up on US ETFs!
