Possible to open Rakuten bank account without company phone?

I've already got a Rakuten Securities investment account for NISA, but want to open a Rakuten bank account to use as a "holding" account for transfers into the new NISA, due to the higher limits. Right now I use an old Shinsei Bank account to transfer money into the investment account from time to time, but right now walk the money from my local bank to another ATM to deposit it into Shinsei, then do my once a month free wire transfer to send it to Rakuten.
I thought it might be good to just have everything in the same "ecosystem". But when I filled in the Rakuten form, I got stuck on Company Phone Number.
I work for an international company, which has a full Japanese entity (listed as a LLC -> 合同会社), but we have no local phone number. We all work from home with no office, and the only address we have is the address of a company we contract to handle our payroll and taxes, and they won't let us use their phone number (I don't think anyways).
Is it worth trying to find a phone number and call Rakuten about it, or does everyone think it's hopeless without being able to fill in the form?
