SBI New NISA Tsumitate

SBI made the New NISA Tsumitate settings available today.
I tried it out, and set up a 100k Tsumitate for the New NISA (Tsumitate band).
It shows the first payment as being on 2 December, which I don't think is going to work...
Now I'm interested if they'll cancel the setting, hold the money for a month, skip the first order, reject the first order, automatically migrate it to Ippan/Tokutei, or something else...

Hi!
I was also playing around with the settings on SBI this weekend and was and still am very confused.
I read that if you don't do anything, the settings from your previous NISA account will just carry over to the new NISA. However, while I was investing in two different funds in my old account, I want to only invest in one on the New NISA for now. Do I have to delete the old one to prevent it from being carried over? I am not sure I did it correctly and will be looking into it some more tonight. I have seen some people put up screenshots on twitter and how but I don't understand why the interface is so confusing.

I feel for these NISA brokers; they just had these changes announced on them by the government some months back, and they have to figure all this stuff out and update their systems even before the year is out to be ready.
So, that is probably why their interfaces are confusing - they had to rush through this stuff and what they came up with might be sloppy as a result.
I am with Monex, but do not plan to fiddle with my tsumitate settings until late December / early January, after my current tsumitate day of the month has passed.

That's reasonable, as long as you're not using a credit card. A late December setting will miss the January window for CC payment.
Rakuten having theirs on a separate mobile site is starting to seem logical. It was a good compromise.

Ahh, so setting up credit card payments is what the rush is about, … excuse my ignorance.
Yes, I am old school and just deposit cash to my Monex.

Today it magically updated to 発注予定日: 2023年12月30日.
Which I think counts as "skip the first order".

I was doing mine and noticed that it said first payment would be in December and wanted to avoid the confusion, so am waiting a few days and will then choose my purchase date so that that day in December has already passed and there can't be any misunderstanding. I hope.

Nice find. Especially this:
2023年内受渡しとなる注文は失効となり取引は行われません
I'm not sure about this though:

because the clearing date for an order on 12/30 is in January, so I think that one'll go through.

I also use SBI for my NISA.
How do I put an order in for the growth/成長 portion of the new NISA?
I want to set it up so that 2.4m yen is invested right away in January.
I can find this page easily enough (setting up the monthly つみたて amount):
https://ibb.co/TkzCb1J
But I cannot find anything about setting up the growth portion.
Up until now I've been paying in 30,000 yen per month to the t-NISA.
My final installment in 2023 of 30,000 yen is due to go out on December 18th.
I think I will let this go out before setting up the new t-NISA settings.
Just now, when I tried to set up the monthly 100,000 yen for 2024, a notice said this would be also taken on December 18th.
This sounds messy and I'm sure there will be a cock-up somewhere.
For the first 100,000 yen due in Janaury 2024, does anyone know when is the latest date in Decemeber this can be taken?
