According to
this announcement page, the new Tsumitate NISA allocation can be setup starting November 13th.
Those wanting to use Rakuten Cash and/or Card should do it before December 13th otherwise the schedule will start on February instead just like I mistakenly did this/last year when switching to Rakuten Cash
(I thought I looked hard enough few days ago and only found they haven't decided on it but that announcement was made end of last month so I've plain missed it
)

Just did Rakuten for my wife: up to 50,000 on CC, the rest from broker account.
Hopefully they'll enable PC interface soon

Thank you! It is nice to be able to use
Rakuten card and
Rakuten cash together for the whole. I went 100% Emaxis Slim All Country. They have a proven track record and excellent management.
I cannot say the same for Rakuten.

It seems in Japan, the phone interface is more popular! So it makes sense to roll that out first, as it still "works" on the pc.
The new setting shows up in the NISA menu once established, but only in the menu that reflects Rakuten cash/card monthly withdrawal amounts, not the true tsumitate setting window.

Oh thanks. I didn't notice that. No need to go to the smartphone version just to confirm current selection.
(also I browsed around and found the new settings reflected in 投資信託 > 積立設定)

Hmmm, perhaps it takes time. This is all I get.

It's in the normal/global index fund section, not nisa.

Very helpful! Thank you.
...Also, not intuitive. I suppose we will probably see a New Nisa and Legacy Nisa tab in the future.
