So, my company has a DB pension that takea many (25?) years before you vest pension rights. If you quit before vesting it pays out, less tax.

Anyone know if it's possible to transfer exiting db funds into an ideco?

Ha, ha, no idea, I'm afraid. I would ask the 人事課 (HR dept) of your company, or contact the bank that administers the DB scheme.
