How to log in to nenkin for first time

Hello there,
I would like to kindly ask for your advice.
This is my first time to access my nenkin on line and I requested:

Without Access Key.
Via the nenkin site request a user ID via post. A postcard required to complete the initial authentication will be sent within 5 business days.

However, I cant seem to find how then I can use this information as the only page send me back to when I applied for the access without Key.

If anyone is familiar with how to go about this I would appreciate your assistance.

It looks to me like you should have received a user ID via post. You should be able to use that ID and the password you already registered to log in by clicking on ログイン

Thank you. It seems i am getting an error trying to access it. But I understand your point now.
