New NISA tsumitate credit card funding limits (still 5万円?)

Sorry if this has been answered before.
Will the credit card payment limit for tsumitate be raised with the new NISA?
I currently pay the maximum with my Rakuten Card (50,000 p/m)...very convenient, merci.
With the tsumitate being raised to 100,000 p/m, it would be nice to fund this completely with Rakuten Card and collect points in the process.

If this is not possible, what are the options for tsumitate payments?
Can the remaining 50,000 be transferred from elsewhere?
E.g.:
1. Regular withdrawal from regular bank account (i'm with ゆうちょ銀行...not Rakuten bank).
2. Regular withdrawal from 楽天証券 (in which case we need to make sure the 預かり金 is sufficient)

What does everyone else plan to do?
Cheers!

For Rakuten, you can actually do 100,000 a month by using Rakuten Cash tsumitate for 50k in addition to the 50k through the Rakuten Card tsumitate. Its actually one of their selling points (that you can do 100k a month through Rakuten card)

Thanks for your reply.
Wow this is great news! I feel like a wally for not knowing this.
And is seems we can choose the monthly transfer date so purchases could be spread out to satisfy my OCD DCA tendencies.

I also discovered this quite recently and started investing some with the Rakuten cash as well as the card. Very useful.

Excellent old-skool use of the word wally, too.
