New NASDAQ100 fund: is there a catch?

Hi

I just noticed that Nissay Asset have been offering the Nasdaq100 mutual fund with fees of 0.22% since 31 March
which looks good compared to eMaxis for 0.44% and iFree version for 0.495%, and compares favorably with the ETF versions.

Is there any catch?

It's a new fund so it has little track record, but there seems to be demand for this index as it is now ranked 7th in SBI Securities in the sales rankings on SBI, whereas as iFree is 10th and eMaxis is 24th.

2.22 to 2.27 percentage points is a pretty big difference! Or is it just that the eMaxis and iFree mutual funds were ridiculously overpriced in the first place?

Why?

Am I missing something?
