特定預かり (Tokutei Azukari)

Hi, I have US stocks and US bonds bought using Japanese yen settlement 円貨決済型, whereby the brokerage takes my yen and converts it to dollars to pay for the investment.

These holdings are categorized as 特定預り

I have a 特定口座 (源泉徴収あり）account that withholds capital gains and dividend tax, but I am not sure if this applies to the investments above, and I don't know how 特定預り relates to 特定口座. Is it the same thing or something partly related?

When I sell the holdings will I have to declare the gains myself, or will they be covered by the 特定口座 (源泉徴収あり）?

Its covered. 特定預り just means they are in the Tokutei Kouza (as opposed to 普通口座 or NISA).
