Japanese Translation tool for PC

Just wondering what others are using for Japanese to English and English to Japanese translation?
I am presently using Google Translate but its not very accurate/good at times...

If you can get away from translation I have to recommend plug-ins for your browser. Rikai-Chan and Rikai-kun are the ones I use.
Just hover over or highlight words/grammar to get the reading and translation.

DeepL is very good. One thing I like about it is that you can edit the translation (for example, if it gets the subject wrong you can correct it and it will then understand the subject throughout the text). Pretty astounding stuff.
