Hello
I am trying to set up my SBI account for NISA and Ideco. There is an active plan which is free or a Standard plan which costs money. I am new to this but is it worth it to get standard plan for some just basic index funds and other small investments or is the free one ok to use?
Thanks

I don't use SBI so I can't be of much help, but what are the differences in services between the two?

Can you link the resource?
I can pretty much say off the bat you want the free plan.

Standad is for people who invest a lot. Active is for people who invest smaller and longer. That is what I understand.

Jesus Christ. Just got to the final part of the SBI activation process, after 30 minutes or so of inputting info, when it finally informed me that there might be an irregularity - not specified - "so please close the browser and do it all over again". I'll try and get someone from their helpline to help me out tomorrow.

Happy ending to this one. Next time I decided to have a go, a message appeared saying I had already successfully completed the procedure
Now just have to put some money in and start investing. Hoping someone will reply to my post on the New Nisa board about transferring funds to broker.
