Any international broker/investment account for kids?

Anyone knows of a good international broker or investment account that can be opened for kids? The requisite is to be able to keep it regardless the country of residence. In Japan, you have to close your account when you leave the country. I have one mutual fund like this for my kid in Spain, but it is a small firm and I am now looking for something safer for the long term which allows to invest in ETFs to buy a MSCI World or similar. Thanks!
