Bitflyer account suspended

Hi all, I just received an email stating that my bitflyer account has been suspended for suspected fraudulent activity. I literally have been using this account for a year and make small purchases of BTC and ETH monthly, and that's it. I've never withdrawn cash or sold. I just landed in Korea today so can't call them since my sim doesn't work here, so I've asked them to call me next week when I'm back, but has this happened to anyone else? What can I expect? I have about 100,000 JPY in there and I definitely do not want any of my assets being 'lost' or sold on my behalf. I can't for the life of me think of why this has happened or what triggered their alarms..
