Connecting Shinsei <-> Monex

I just opened a Shinsei account (piece of cake), but I ran into an issue connecting my Monex account. (I want to take advantage or the Step-up program).

I tried to connect through Monex, but I was rejected. Probably a name match issue? Any have a similiar issue? I am guessing contact Shinsei would be easier than Monex.

I had to have Shinsei join my first and middle name into one single monstrosity to be able to connect to monex.
