Business Air Miles Points - Usage restrictions

Are there any restrictions on using points accumulated with a business credit card for non-business purposes? So for example could I use these points for a family excursion to Disneyland?

I think points and miles and the like are counted as a kind of miscellaneous income so as long as you don't go over an equivalent of 200k a year, there's no need to declare.
