Selling t-NISA (SBI)

I had to sell some of my t-NISA today (SBI) to cover an emergency.
I've never done this before, so just want to check something.
https://ibb.co/8bv24Hb
After inputting the amount I want to pull out (350,000 yen), and inputting my password, do I just click on "注文確認画面へ"?

What is the meaning of 「売却方法 "解約"」at the top? I can't change it anyways, I believe....

One other question:
Since starting my t-NISA back in January 2021, I have paid in 17 months' worth of 33,333.
(I maxed out my 2021 allowance, and have so far paid in 5 months in 2022)

The 350,000 I take out today; does that come from my 2021 t-NISA (400,000 - 350,000)?
Or a mixture of my 2021 and 2022 t-NISAs?
How is it decided?

Thanks.

Its first in first out so the oldest one gets sold first

I assume it says 解約 (cancel) there because it means you're cancelling the contract for the fund in selling it.

Ah, thank you. Very helpful.
The sale appears to gave gone through without any problems.
Any idea how long it takes for the money to become available for withdrawal? A week or so?
