What is the best place to get your money exchanged into Yen accounting for rate and fees?

I have accumulated quite a lot of various currency from all the places visited over the last few years (well, with COViD it feels like eternity ago though) and had been thinking to "tidy it up" for a while, so this weak yen reminded me that this might be as good of a timing as any. It`s mainly EUR, USD, but also smaller amount in various currency from Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, Canada, etc...

It seems that the NInja Interbank might be having the best rates, though that`s in Tokyo.

I`m located in Shizuoka. Are there any alternative suggestions for exchange places?
