To the Sole Proprietors after you registered with your local tax office, did you receive a business number of some kind?

As this post on the forum kind of alludes to

There is no such thing as registering a sole proprietorship. You have only registered as someone who needs to do their own taxes. So there is no such thing as a business number.

As far I could glean from my visits to the tax office of course!
