Anyone experience being denied or rejected on Bank home loan Final Evaluation because you have some dependents(mother,brother,sister) Living outside Japan?
My gensen has a dependent living outside Japan(mother,sister,brother) & during my final interview question it.
The bank director said it is not sure if they will approved it because of that.
Honestly i just put it so that my resident tax burden will be lessen:(
Only now i learn it will affect a home loan:(
Though the bank said they will decide in a week.

So you have not yet been denied home loan, you just anticipate being denied because you have some dependents (mother, brother, sister) living outside Japan? Well, that should not be any concern of the bank as long as your income can comfortably support the payments to the bank.

No not yet denied actually but during my interview with the bank,they told me that if nobody in my dependent will come to Japan,100% i Cannot get the loan.Luckily my sister(one dependent) will come for a job next month so i have to give them her address & they said they will investigate & decide after a week.
