Mitsui Sumitomo now has cards that provide 1% points (with gold card) or 0.5% points (normal card) on investments with SBI, including NISA, up to 50,000¥ invested per month.

The gold card in itself isn't bad. It targets business owners and freelancers and if you spend 1,000,000¥ with it it is free forever. It is easy to reach if you pay your taxes with the card for example.
It has all the usual insurances that come with a gold card.
It gives only 0.5% points on spending but you get an extra 10,000 points if you spend 1,000,000¥ in the year, bringing the rate to ~1.5%
Points are increased to 1.5% with Amazon, ANA and JAL if you own another of their card.

6,000¥ free a year just for investing money at SBI that I already invest there anyway is nice. I just applied for one under my Kojinjigyou. First year is free and I will pay my taxes with it to reach 1mn¥ this year.
