(Rakuten) Name in card has to match name in NISA?

Hi all, thank you for all the useful information you have published in this forum.
I would like to open a Rakuten Securities account to start my NISA.
I already have a Rakuten card, so I in the future I would like to use my card to make payments into my NISA.
However, I have read that to do this, the name in the card has to match exactly the name in NISA, right?
1) My name in the driving license and residence card is: SURNAME1 SURNAME2 NAME (romaji).
2) My name in the Rakuten card is: NAME SURNAME1 (romaji)
3) My name in Rakuten card e-navi is: SURNAME1 NAME (in katakana)
(When it's possible, I just use NAME SURNAME1, since usually Japanese systems don't have enough space in their forms to write two, so they recommend to me: just write the first one)
Then, the question is: which name should I use in my NISA? I am afraid that if I fill my application online from Rakuten Navi, I am asked to upload an id, so the name on the id should be used.
I am a bit confused. Has anybody dealt with the same issue? Which name do you recommend me to pick?
Thank you very much for your help.
(Excuse me for my English, I am not a native speaker. Actually my name was also compound in the past, and I changed it to only one name legally, because it was a nightmare living in Japan. But I cannot change the surname and I do not want to use an alias to avoid more confusion.)

Well its a bunch of things. Are you trying to setup credit card payments on your Rakuten Securities account?
1. To get a Rakuten Securities account, you need your official name. Whatever is on your residence card or mynumber card is what you need to use. When you do this, I suggest creating the name with the least amount of spaces. SURNAME1SURNAME2 FIRSTNAME. Make sure its the same in the katakana portion as well.
2. NISA is a special type of account but the name will be exactly what your Rakuten Securities account is.
3. The only time your name on Rakuten Card will be relevant is when you attempt to buy securities using your credit card. This won't work because of the name disparity. You will need to get it corrected somehow (you will need to add your second surname to Rakuten Card and then get Rakuten Securities to work through the space issue)

I see! Thank you for your reply!
Just a couple more things:
1. If I try to open the Rakuten Securities account with NAME SURNAME1 won't they allow that? You said it has to be my official name but.. I am using it for my hokensho, nenkintechou, ideco... I mean, it's my official name, but incomplete, only a part of it. But maybe Rakuten Securities has different guidelines.
2. I am not sure I can use NAME SURNAME1SURNAME2 for the credit card, they usually have a character limit so it probably doesn't fit.
Anyway, I will try option 1. If it doesn't work, I'll try changing the name in the credit card. If that doesn't work either I guess I will not be able to use the card to setup credit card payments on the Rakuten Securities account
Thank you for your help! I will let you know how it goes.

1. What is your name on your MyNumber Card and Zairyu card? That is the name that Rakuten Securities will insist for you to use. I am not sure how you were able to open an IDECO with only part of your name but when I opened my Rakuten account, they made me enter my full name.
2. I don't know what limits they have but my name is pretty long too (15 characters combined firstname+middlename). It doesn't need to be the name on your card. Whats important is the name on e-navi. I think there's also someone here who has said that the name itself doesn't matter but the katakana portion is what matters.

I had somewhat similar problem with the FirstName MiddleName and LastName format. Mynumber and Zayru card both have the name in LastName FirstName and MiddleName format. Had to open the Rakuten Security account (and Nisa) with the same format, with space between the three names.
Setting up the payment with Rakuten Credit Card was a pain. The name printed on the card does not matter. The name shown in Rakuten e-Navi is "supposed" to be the name used for Rakuten Credit Card. However, in my case it turned out Rakuten had a different version of katakana name for Credit Card that I couldn't update by myself. Also Rakuten Credit Card can take only one space, so they had merged my FirstName and MiddleName (not to mention Katakan was different). It took me about 3 months of back and forth with Rakuten Credit Card customer care for them to find source of mismatch and they agreed to change my name in Rakuten Credit Card to match Rakuten Securities and then I was able to setup the transfer.
Do note that Rakuten Credit Card offers English support while Rakuten Securities doesn't. If your japanese is bad like me, you would need to most probably call Rakuten Credit Card to make any changes, if you get an error for name mismatch.

Hello again. Thank you everybody for your replies.
4 months later I still haven't been able to start using my NISA account...
1) I opened a Rakuten bank and Rakuten securities account with NAME SURNAME1 SURNAME2 (the same as in the residence card).
2) I called Rakuten navi to change my name from NAME SURNAME1 to NAME SURNAME 1 SURNAME2.
But Rakuten navi assures me they only accept one space
Since in Rakuten bank and Rakuten securities the name must be the same as the one on the residence card, do you know if they will they accept only one space (NAME SURNAME1SURNAME2)? Has anybody had their name like that in Rakuten bank and Rakuten securities?
Thank you!
