Small cap funds

I thought this was an interesting read and made me think more about small cap funds.
I currently have the majority of my portfolio in eMaxis Slim All Country. My understanding is that this covers mainly large and mid cap stocks and does not include small cap stocks.
It is not the first time I read about overweighting small cap stocks indicating that based on long periods of historically data this has performed well.
Searching for small cap stock funds, I didn't find many options. The " EXE-i グローバル中小型株式ファンド" fund is my best find so far, but I haven't figured out yet the ratios between the mid and small cap stocks in that fund yet. It has an actual cost ratio of 0.33, which is a bit high but still much lower compared to all the other active management funds I found.
Is anybody else deliberately adding small cap stocks to their portfolio? If so, which funds are you using?
