A good Rakuten Bank story

Well, it took a while but I finally got my Ratuten Bank card and login details.
They actually used the name I asked them to use (not my passport name, which is longer). Just logged into the account and it all looked fine.
Is this some kind of trick?

There are no good Shinsei Bank stories
We'll see what happens when SBI takes them over completely, I guess (how will that affect their current tie in with Monex???)
